Water Arthritis
This is a low impact class with a focus of improving range of motion through your joints. The workout will challenge those who have arthritis, or have had replacements or challenges with their joints. This class takes place in a therapeutic pool which provides a safe, ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness.

Water Aerobics
This is a fun high intense/high energy class designed for those who like a variety of cardiovascular, muscular and endurance exercises while listening to great music of the 60's, 70's 80's, rock n' roll, disco and hip hop. This is a great class to help you get into shape and drop weight along with increasing your endurance, strength, power and range of motion.

Meltdown & Abs
Ready to kick it into high gear with high intensity interval training. Build strength, burn calories, and say goodbye to fat as it melts away leaving your body strong, lean and sexy. THEN get ready for abdominal annihilation! Sculpt a beach worthy midsection with 20 minutes of exercises designed to whittle your waistline.

Bootcamp **This class is outside and meets in a few locations**
This class is always different it will never be the same!! This program is designed for individuals who are in need of the tools and motivation to lose weight to become healthy adults. This is a cardio intense bootcamp style program that is designed to help drop weight fast.

Walk 2 Run 5k **This class is held outside**
This class is designed to get you to the point where you can run a 5k at a nice pace. It's a simple, progressive program that begins with more walking than running, and gradually ramps up into more running than walking.

Pilates
A 45 minute class that will reshape your body by sculpting long lean muscles. You will increase flexibility and balance, and create a strong core.
