This class is always different it will never be the same!! This program is designed for individuals who are in need of the tools and motivation to lose weight to become healthy adults. This is a cardio intense bootcamp style program that is designed to help drop weight fast.
Walk 2 Run 5k **This class is held outside**
This class is designed to get you to the point where you can run a 5k at a nice pace. It's a simple, progressive program that begins with more walking than running, and gradually ramps up into more running than walking.
A 45 minute class that will reshape your body by sculpting long lean muscles. You will increase flexibility and balance, and create a strong core.
